Annual Meeting: Advancing Palliative Radiation Through Connection and Collaboration

Each year, the SPRO Annual Meeting brings together radiation oncologists, researchers, and multidisciplinary professionals committed to improving care for patients with advanced cancer. This dynamic event serves as a platform to share cutting-edge research, explore best practices in symptom management, and foster collaboration across institutions. With keynote speakers, case-based discussions, and recognition of outstanding contributors, the meeting reflects SPRO’s mission to elevate the role of palliative radiation in compassionate, evidence-based oncology care.

You can purchase your dinner ticket for SPRO’s 12th Annual Meeting at ASTRO 2025 in San Francisco, CA!  Join us for a keynote address on Liver Directed Therapy by Dr.  Dawson, dinner, networking, annual awards presentation, and organizational updates, conveniently located near the Moscone Center.  


Residents and Medical Students: $25
Regular Attendee:  $125

Location: Tropisueño Mexican Restaurant,  75 Yerba Buena Lane, San Francisco, CA 


All money go toward to paying for the event and subsidizing trainees.  We are also in need of donations.  All donations are tax deductible and we will provide you a receipt for tax purposes after the event.
